Since opening its doors in 2005, Antigua Title, LLC has grown from one small office to 2 locations in Oviedo and Avalon Park.

Antigua Title LLC is family owned and operated.  General Partners Jack Luiz III and Craig Luiz have over 12 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. So, it was natural that they would want to open their own title company to ensure the best customer service for their clients from the beginning to the end of each transaction.

As well as the experience Jack and Craig bring to the business, Mary Beth Luiz (Licensed Title Agent) also has 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Starting at an attorneys office while attending school in Tallahassee, then moving to Orlando and working for one of the largest Fortune 500 title companies to a smaller scale title company, Mary Beth has seen it all in the title industry and especially what the larger companies have to offer as opposed to smaller ones.

Unfortunately, what some of the larger title companies are lacking is the personalized customer service and attention to detail. So, now Mary Beth enjoys the opportunity to bring the technology and experience of a larger title company, while still providing the customer service and attention to detail you would expect from a smaller family owned company.

Antigua Title not only has the latest software and technology, but also provides many services to our customers including online access to their files through every step of their transaction. We can also provide mobile closings, international mail away closings, closings involving 1031 and IRA’s, 2-3 day turnaround on most title commitments, competitive rates, and much more.
